These terms govern use of the Cynthara Works launch website. The product is not yet publicly available, and product-specific terms will be published before early access.

Informational status

Product screens, workflows, features, formats, and pricing described on this site represent the intended direction. They may change before launch. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that a particular feature or date will be available.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access non-public systems, submit malicious code, scrape personal information, or misuse the waitlist endpoint.

Intellectual property

The Cynthara Works name, logo, website design, copy, and original graphics are owned by Cynthara Works or its licensors. You may link to public pages, but you may not republish substantial site content as your own.

Third-party services

The site may rely on hosting and infrastructure providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

No warranties

The launch site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Cynthara Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the launch site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product approaches launch. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
