Privacy policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This policy applies to the Cynthara Works launch website. The product is not yet publicly available. A separate product privacy notice will be published before users can upload documents.

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the page where you submitted it, the submission time, and limited technical information such as your browser user agent. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to send launch and early-access updates, understand which site pages are useful, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and operate the site.

Storage and service providers

The site is designed for Cloudflare Pages. Waitlist addresses are stored in a Cloudflare Workers KV namespace when that binding is enabled. Cloudflare may process request and security data as part of hosting the site.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate communications or hosting, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist information while we prepare the launch or until you ask us to remove it. To request access, correction, or deletion, email jay@cyntharaworks.info.

International visitors

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Additional region-specific disclosures will be added before product launch where required.

Children

This launch site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and its service providers become final. The effective date above will change when a material update is published.
