How it works

Six clear steps. No blank timeline.

Cynthara Works guides the conversion from document to video in the order the work actually happens.

Step 01

Upload the PDF

Bring the finished deck, report, manual, handout, or proposal. Cynthara Works begins with the source, not an empty canvas.

01Upload the PDF

Step 02

Review the structure

See how pages group into scenes. Rename sections, split dense moments, remove repetition, and set the ending.

Step 03

Choose the pace

Set a calm explanation, a concise sales follow-up, or a quicker recap. Timing stays visible at scene level.

Step 04

Direct motion and voice

Use motion to reveal, compare, or focus. Add narration that interprets the material and captions that work without sound.

Step 05

Watch the whole flow

Review the video at normal speed. Fix any moment that feels rushed, empty, or difficult to read.

Step 06

Export and share

Choose the delivery format, confirm captions and visual quality, then export the finished presentation video.

Questions before the product is ready?

Will I need video editing experience?

The product direction is built for document owners, not professional editors. The workflow uses scene-level decisions and guided controls instead of a dense multi-track editor.

Will the original PDF design be preserved?

Preserving the source hierarchy, colors, typography, charts, and identity is a core design goal. The video can reflow or crop content, but it should remain recognizably yours.

Can I edit the suggested scene map?

Yes. The structure is a proposal. You should be able to reorder, combine, split, or remove scenes before motion and narration are finalized.

Which export formats will be available?

Presentation video, vertical video, and caption export are part of the intended workflow. Exact launch formats and limits will be confirmed before early access.
